What Is Timeshare?
The
concept of Timeshare has been around for many years now and has proven
to be the best way to secure a lifetime of fantastic holidays for millions
of people.
The
idea behind Timeshare is simple. You choose a Timeshare property on
a resort that you like at a time of year that suits your holiday requirements.
You then pay the purchase price for that Timeshare week and it becomes
yours, in many cases for ever. Once you own your Timeshare, your holiday
options become almost endless. You can treat your Timeshare as your
own holiday property and visit your home resort in your week every year
or, whenever you fancy a change of scene, you can swap it for one of
over 4000 Timeshare resorts worldwide. There are now fantastic Timeshare
resorts in over 100 countries in every continent on the globe (except
Antarctica - yet!)
In
order to keep your Timeshare in the same superb condition as it is in
when you buy it, all resorts ask for a reasonable yearly fee to cover
your share of the upkeep of the Timeshare resort. So you get a lifetime
of luxury and someone else does all the hard work. Perfect!
What
Is A Timeshare Resale?
The
majority of Timeshares are owned in perpetuity with the remainder
owned on a leaseholds of varying lengths. Buying a Timeshare on a resale
basis can cost the new owner thousands of pounds less than buying an
identical property from the Timeshare resort development company.

that have any outstanding legal, management or other debts attached
to them and the rights of an owner who buys on a resale basis are the
same as those who buy directly from the Timeshare resort development
company.
